The staff really drags it down, which is unfortunate, because even the owner seems like a great guy.

Supreme food. This is the kind of food you have to take home because you CAN'T eat it all. The portions are huge, prices are awesome, the wait staff is sizzling! We'll be eating here every time we come to town! We had the ribeye and Philly cheese steak. So fresh it's so good!
Turtle was our waiter and he was nice and consistent. We got Teryaki, Honey BBQ and mild bone in wings and they were all good. My boyfriend and I came to watch the Alabama game and eat good food and we were satisfied with everything. The restaurant and bathroom were clean and every staff member had a smile on their face and were pleased to help. Our overall experience was great. Will come back and recommend to friends!
We had lunch there today for the first time. Excellent food at a great value. All you care to eat meat and vegetables plus drink plus a small salad for $10.99. The whole staff were very friendly and helpful. Just as good if not better than Cracker Barrel.
RedZone has an okay staff with an okay selection. I feel bad rating it less than a four, especially because hometown-owned and -operated restaurants are few and far between, but I've had one too many less-than-great interactions with the staff to rate it more.
The food is okay at lunch, and pretty good at dinner. Their burgers are great, buffalo sandwiches pretty awesome, and their bar food (appetizers) are all great.
Food is pretty good. Burgers are pretty big and flavorful. Decent beer and specials including kids eat free Tuesdays. Being a chili head I always seek out the hottest thing available. I didn't expect this place to have very spicy wings but I was wrong. I about couldn't get through them the first time. However, the second time they weren't near as hot. Still good through.
I recommend trying it, and giving it an open mind. Hopefully your service will be better than mine has been.
