I've taken my car to Brown's for about two years for various maintenance and repair work. I've told myself several times this will be my last time because I have had to take my car back for rework several times. The last time I visited was the case. They were suppose to repair my windshield reservoir from a blown tire. After getting home I noticed the hose was missing from the reservoir to the wipers and no fluids in the tank. I called the shop and told them they didn't fix it and they said there must be a hole in it. Clearly they didn't do any work on the reservoir or even look at it. I took it back again and they connected the hosing and told me I needed a new pump. I probably needed a new pump, but I felt like this should have been told to me the first time. If you're looking for a shop that can do general maintenance work use them. The people are generally friendly, but be willing to take your car back if the problem isn't solved the first time.

They actually repaired the a/c on my car rather than replacing the entire thing. It was much cheaper this way and I appreciate their honesty.
