Actually DO NOT order delivery from here. Just go get it, man. 10x easier. I've been waiting over an hour just since I received the notification the pizza delivery guy left.
The delivery girl was very nice and EXTREMELY Hot. Worth more than the tip given, due to shock.
Trip to Pizza Hut yesterday was not as good as usual. The food was good, but the service was lacking. Had a little bit of a wait before someone came up front to take my order. It just seemed a bit chaotic..not like it usually is. Then when my order was ready, they called out an order number?! I had not been given a receipt so I had no idea it was mine. They did not ask for a phone number or my name like usual. Anyway I got home with my food, but no marinara sauce for my cheese sticks. ☹
This is by far the WORST Pizza Hut we have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. We keep ordering from them because they're so much cheaper than Dominos and they used to be good. We keep giving them chances....trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. But EVERY. SINGLE. TIME, it's late and completely wrong. The past 5 times IN A ROW, it's been wrong. We've had to wait over 2 hours for them to redeliver the correct pizza before. We understand long wait times, as it's usually a weekend when we order. That wouldn't be an issue if our order was correct at least 60% of the time. But no. Now, we EXPECT it to be wrong. And it always is. And the worst part is, the manager couldn't care less. Every time I've spoken to her, she sounds indifferent to the situation and makes no effort to right their wrongs. You would think that it would be more cost efficient for them to just do it right the first time, than to keep having to redeliver the proper pizza, which even then is still sometimes wrong. We've even contacted corporate about our experience there and haven't gotten anywhere. We're done. We will not be ordering from this place again.

Once again the worst experience I've had here. It amazes me how every time I think there's no way for it to be worse than the previous visit; and every time I'm proved wrong. Don't place a delivery order, they will continuously call and ask you to come get It. To top it all off they will hang up on you and blame upper management when you question why. The manager Keith Long seems to believe that it is appropriate to hang up and speak rudely to customers. He also seems to think it's completely reasonable to ask you to pick your order up, under the reasoning of being short handed, just to get there and see 9 employees, 3 driver, standing around.
