Great owner/attendant...very helpful in every way. Clean,well lit, secure.
It's got a lot of different storage units. And is safe and not to far from I65
Wouldn't recommend their service to my worst enemy.
This place is horrible. Tried to return equipment to these people and was driving to them to return BEFORE CLOSING. Upon driving there I realized it was close to closing time, so I decided to call ahead to let them know who I was returning it for. Well, this would have went smoothly but no one answered. Tried again, no answer. Finally showed up and started to walk to the door and realized the staff was gone..... EARLY.... This is a bad business model. Why would you say you stay open until 4pm when the staff leaves @3:30pm.
Changed owners.... not quite right yet...
I live rather far from this location. So this added to my frustration. Overall, if you are thinking about storing or getting supplies from this location, I would detour to metro storage instead. They will stay open until the posted hours of operation expire.
Had a great experience here! Rented a 30 foot climate controlled unit two months (all I needed) for price of one! Friendly and thorough staff. No hassle. I highly recommend.
