Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Im usually not the type to complain like this, but i feel i should warn others.
As usual there adequate food
This Hardee's is lowkey trash. The breakfast shift is straight and they have a tremendous supervisor. He needs to work a few dinner shifts though. They're incompetent af. If you're ordering more than two meals just go inside and check that bag thoroughly or you will end up with a bag of napkins and a straw. And don't even think about making meal mods or asking for a shake when the street lights come on.
here's the deal..OK / average for Hardees. Staff friendly/courteous, and store clean and acouterments attended to. met US Army vet and spouse with whom we had MOST friendly conversation. he was in late 70's/early 80's - had been assigned to Lance missile outfit in 1960 in Germany. what stories! not "greatest generation" but was on pointy end of the spear for the "cold war generation." most enjoyable fast-food lunch in a long time.
I would strongly recommend not to waste your money there.
They had 1 counter person on duty at this particular time and he was VERY nervous and uncomfortable made many mistakes with taking orders with 2 people ahead of me as well as mine
The last 6 times my family has gotten good from there the food was wrong, cold, and when I tried to call (several times through the day) the phone was off the hook cor the first half of the day and no one would answer the rest of the day. The service was terrible. The people in the drive threw tried to give my good away to 3 other people before me and it was still wrong (small instead of large order; no bacon on the cold hard sandwhich; etc.)
Too worried about line times, and not quality. Asked for a Monster Biscuit, and was told it is no longer available, so ordered the breakfast platter. Easy enough right, no forgot my hash browns. Never again Hardee's.
